Danny Foster, Three Rivers- Men's Basketball 1977-78

Danny Foster was named an NJCAA All-American in 1978 playing under legendary NJCAA basketball coach, Gene Bess at Three Rivers Community College. He was the leader of the team that finished 3rd in the NJCAA in 1978. His number is retired in the rafters of the Three Rivers gymnasium as he was one of the best pure shooters in Three Rivers Community College's storied men's basketball history. He is still in the Three Rivers record books for having the highest made field goals made with 604 in 70 games played in two seasons with the Raiders.

Foster moved on to Southeast Missouri State University to play for the Indians for two years.
